Point Pinos in Pacific Grove, California doesn’t have a wide beach per se, but there are some sandy spots right at the point and nearby in both directions. At lower tides and during calm seas, tidepooling is fun here. The rocks all along the point invite exploration, but be careful and watch for sneaker waves that can crash ashore much higher than the average waves.
